Blackberry Onyx - April, my husband bought at the store Onyx Blackberry HP HP Atlantis BEC Bandung. The store said that if there were complaints over HP purchased, can complain to the Sertified Service Center, located on Jl. R. E. Inhale - Bandung. And apparently there is a complaint, its battery very quickly and likes to drop suddenly to die when the last battery sign is still green. As guided by the store, brought to Sertified HP Service Center Jl. R. E. Inhale, in May.
When submitted complaints, saying that officers who serve it Blackberry batteries for HP Onyx like that. My husband replied, my wife also is equal to my HP, but no such complaints. 1. Sertified Service Center Jl. R. E. Inhale can not give assurance of my husband's when the HP battery could be available (though already two months) and not do business so that battery available
2. Sertified Service Center Jl. R. E. Inhale did not contact my husband to let me know, my husband had to hold the contact
3. Sertified Service Center Jl. R. E. Inhale trying to avoid responsibility by saying that the battery HP Onyx blackberries are like that.
